In their article published in the Swiss Journal of Psychology, researchers Rebecca Brauchli, Goerg Bauer and Oliver Hammig of the University of Zürich studied how time-based work to life conflict and time-based life to work conflict are related to burnout among 6091 Swiss employees. The results of their study suggest a strong association between time-based work-to-life conflict and burnout.
